The school opens at 8.35am and closes at 3.10pm each day. Children spend 32 hours and 55 mins in school every week.

All mainstream schools in England expected to provide a week of at least 32.5 hours. This includes the time from the official start of the school day to the end, encompassing both lessons, breaks, and lunchtime.

Data Controllers and Data Processors are responsible for provide this information and all education settings and local authorities are classed as data controllers and may also be data processors in their own right and, as such, they have a duty to inform pupils, staff and parents (known as Data Subjects) on how they process the data that is within their control.

The Data Protection Officer (DPO) and is responsible for overseeing the implementation of this policy, monitoring compliance with data protection law, and developing related policies and guidelines where applicable.

The DPO is also the first point of contact for individuals whose data the school processes, and for the ICO.
